NRCA is accepting applications for its next three-year Future Executives Institute program; applications are due today.
FEI is a comprehensive and powerful learning experience focusing on leading and managing a thriving roofing business. The program offers participants an in-depth look at leadership theory and practice and a unique industry networking opportunity while developing their management and communication skills. It is based on 10 core areas essential to small-business operations: leadership, management, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills.
Courses are held at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo® and taught by Northwestern University professors, industry leaders and field experts. Class size is limited to allow for in-depth discussions and relationship building during the program.
FEI Class-10’s initial session will be held Aug. 31 to Sept. 3.
