NRCA will offer Field Leadership Training, Level 1 Dec. 5 in Itasca, Ill.
The class focuses on leadership and management skills for field managers. After completing the class, participants will be able to recognize and improve leadership and crew communication styles; enhance team productivity; and implement conflict resolution tools to manage and prevent workplace conflicts.
