NRCA will hold a Foreman Management Training class Dec. 4 in Itasca, Ill.
Based on NRCA’s Foreman Management Training TRAC package, the course focuses on the pillars of NRCA’s Roofing Foreman PROCertification,® including safety, customer service, quality, productivity and profitability.
After the class, participants will be able to list components of job management; explain a foreman’s role in job management, per category; discuss the pros and cons of solutions to various scenarios; and describe how foremen affect profitability.
