NRCA’s Virtual Creating or Improving a Service/Maintenance Center Seminar will be held Jan. 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST.
The virtual seminar provides contractors with the information and tools necessary to build or improve service/maintenance centers within their businesses.
Participants will learn ways to administer and manage a service/maintenance center successfully; ideas for sales and marketing that will help get the word out to potential customers; methods of operation and systems for managing logistics; and ways to view and control a center’s finances.
