NRCA Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Executive Education Tom Shanahan will step away from his health-, safety- and risk management-related duties Dec. 31 after 34 years of service.
During his career in the roofing industry, Shanahan developed and maintained important relationships with government, academic, labor and industry safety leaders, establishing NRCA as a trusted source of health- and safety-related information for the industry.
Shanahan will continue to be heavily involved with NRCA University’s Future Executives Institute as its executive director. Shanahan has long been a champion of executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership and training.
Cheryl Ambrose will assume the position of vice president of enterprise risk management. Ambrose joined NRCA in 2021 as director of enterprise risk management. She can be reached at cambrose@nrca.net.
