Material handling is a serious concern for field employees. Heavy roofing materials and equipment need to be loaded, stored and moved properly to avoid potential problems.
During this one-hour webinar, Harry Dietz, an NRCA director of enterprise risk management, will discuss the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations applicable to material handling, including crane, hoist and forklift operations. Dietz also will address the safety and health issues surrounding manual material handling and present various resources to help you and your crews work smarter and safely to minimize injury.
