NRCA will offer a webinar, How to Handle OSHA Inspections Post Pandemic, June 18 at 1 p.m. CDT.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been severely restricted from conducting worksite inspections. When federal and state OSHA compliance officers resume full operations, they will be tasked with conducting numerous inspections and expected to be aggressive with enforcement. The number of federal OSHA inspections resulting in penalties exceeding $100,000 is projected to increase dramatically.
During this one-hour webinar, Edwin Foulke Jr., former OSHA assistant secretary of labor and an attorney for Fisher & Phillips LLP, will offer participants an in-depth, practical examination of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and how it and the Secretary of Labor’s right to enforce the act may affect you and your customers.
