IB Roof Systems, Grapevine, Texas, has joined the Roofing Alliance at the Regent level.
Since 1978, IB Roof Systems has been a leader in high-performance PVC membranes and fluid-applied solutions for the commercial and residential roofing industry. The company prides itself in offering extraordinary products, exceptional service and technical expertise.
The Roofing Alliance was established within the National Roofing Foundation in 1996 to create an endowment fund to serve as a resource for the roofing industry and its customers.
Since its inception, Roofing Alliance members have committed more than $13.3 million to fund research, educational and technical projects such as educational partnerships with some of the country’s top construction management schools to expose college students to roofing as a career choice; sponsorship of a national construction management student design competition; national survey of roofing workers; and helping to develop NRCA ProCertification,™ a nationally recognized worker training program that will include 30 training disciplines and a series of certifications participants can earn to develop a career path. The Roofing Alliance also supports philanthropic outreach, including its partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities® to maintain the roofs of the 165 standalone Ronald McDonald Houses in the U.S.
