The 2021 International Roofing Expo, an Informa Markets event, brought the roofing and exterior construction industries together in person in Las Vegas Aug. 10-12.
The 2021 IRE spanned 105,600 square feet and attracted more than 9,000 attendees.
“The event had a more intimate feel than our last edition, yet we were excited to bring 9,126 industry professionals together at this year’s event,” said Ray Giovine, IRE group director. “The energy at the show was very positive, and the people in attendance were happy to be back at a live event.”
The IRE featured 327 exhibiting companies and included more than 40 educational sessions.
“This year’s IRE was one of the most interesting in my lifetime due to COVID-19,” said NRCA CEO Reid Ribble. “Although smaller than usual, attendees report having a terrific time reconnecting with friends, visiting with exhibitors and learning from the top leaders in the industry. I can’t wait to do it again in New Orleans in 2022.”
At NRCA’s booth, 10 new members joined, and 540 people visited the booth.

The 2022 IRE and NRCA’s 135th Annual Convention will be held Feb. 1-3, 2022, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
