Abstract
Over the past 6 six decades, APA – the Engineered Wood Assn, has developed a large volume of technical information associated with the design and use of glued engineered wood composite products in building construction applications. These products include plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), glued laminated timer (glulam), laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and pre-fabricated wood I-joists, plus other specialty products. The purpose of this handbook is to bring this material all together in one reference document.
