To obtain a copy of a specific publication, users should contact the publication's publisher directly.

Abstract
The original version of this handbook was a product of the US Dept of Energy and Building Envelope Systems and Materials (BTESM) at Oak Ridge National Labs (ORNL). The major objective of the research effort in building moisture control is to provide information to builders, contractors, and building owners that will lead to the construction of energy-efficient walls, roofs and foundations. This handbook revised by the authors represents yet another step in helping designers and builders to understand and utilize moisture control strategies. The contents of this book include a systematic method of evaluating moisture problems and moisture control strategies.
